The Mayor of the Vlore Municipality, Shpetim Gjika, was arrested today.
The Court accepted the request of the Vlore Prosecution and gave the arrest measure for Shpetim Gjika and Doriana Sulaj, Director of the Territory Planning in this institution.
Both of them are suspected of forging documents, power abuse, illegal constructions and obstructing justice.
The Court has also given arrest measure fro Artur Haxhi, Administrator of a Construction Company, suspected of forging documents more than once, for illegal construction and fraud.
Gjika’s arrest has nothing to do with the former process, in which he was found not guilty.
