Experts think that the deteriorated crime situation in our country is
due to the impunity. Public safety expert, Alfred Duka, says that the
crime is exploiting the inability of the police and is spreading their
activity.
“Prevention is the way to hit the crime. We must know that crime authors and the criminal logic have very sensible receivers. They can perceive the level of readiness of those who have to fight them. They exploit the smallest weakness and turn that to their favor. The crime is progressing because of this weakness, and we do not know how it will be stopped”, Duka reacted.
Expert Duka connected the situation in our country with the electoral campaign. He says that the political parties always tolerate problematic people before the electoral campaigns.
“There is some tolerance against these people. Parties may use them for electoral situations”, Duka declared.
According to the expert, the public declarations help the crime. For this, Duka criticized the Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri, for his declaration against the Secret Service.
“This declarations gives more opportunities to the crime. If the crime understands that the state institutions have such relations with each other, there is a gap that is occupied by crime”, Duka declared.
Referring to bank robberies, Duka said that they are monitored very well and the robbers leave traces behind, and that’s why the police must act quickly with the arrests, otherwise the crime would grow.
