European Commission reacted after the lift of parliamentary immunity and the immediate arrest of the two Albanian MPs.
Contacted by “Top Channel”, the press office of Commissioner Hahn explains, “EU gives priority to the of the rule of law without any compromise. We keep records for the arrest of MPs Tom Doshi and Mark Frroku, warrants issued by the General Prosecution for fake witness and doubted complot for murder. We are awaiting a quick full process, without obstacles so they can shed light on this case”, declared in the statement.
Furthermore added, “EU emphasize the importance of all institutions involved, General Attorney, Parliament, institutions of justice and law enforcements agencies, they fulfill their respective duties to insure a proper process and according to the law.”
