Belgium: Mark Frroku to be arrested for murder

Belgium authorities requested the detention of MP Mark Frroku, sentenced
in absence in this country 10 years for the killing of a compatriot in
2006.

The official request for the arrest of MP Frroku arrived last night to Interpol Tirana, which sent to the General Prosecution an arrest warrant.
This request will be investigated by the Albanian Parliament and in case it’s approved, Albanian authorities will begin the procedures of extraditing Mark Frroku to Belgium, where he will be jailed for the charge of killing Aleksandër Kurti.
