MP Frroku is risking his second arrest.

Escorted by the police, MP Frroku that is actually in house arrest
entered the Presidency of the Assembly and then faced his colleagues at
the Council on Rules of Procedure, Mandates and Immunity for the second
time after they convene for his arrest, requested by the General
Prosecution.

Suspected for a murder 16 years ago in Belgium, Mark Frroku is again under investigation by the Prosecution. He denies this charge for the first time in front of his colleagues .

“I haven’t killed anyone. I haven’t been in Belgium during that time. If the Belgium authorities can show me a single proof that I have been in Belgium during that time, I am ready to go anywhere they ask me to go. I have been in Albania during that time and this can easily be proven”, stated Frroku.

The session of questioning MP Frroku by his colleagues went smooth, but the situation was tense when the democratic MPs debated with the chairman of the session, Ilir Meta. They requested at the beginning that he withdrew from this session, because the Speaker of Parliament is in conflict of interest in this case.
“Ilir Meta is in conflict of interest and must not chair this session, because he is accused of paying for the murder of two MPs. Meta must leave the chairing of this meeting”, said Ristani.
