The opposition blamed the government for the fact that Albanians are leaving towards EU countries.
“The Vlore Port director is in a camp, in Germany. He is looking for political asylum. This problem cannot be resolved with police officers”, Berisha declared.
“You insult the intelligence of the Albania people if you tell them that what happened these weeks is related to an economic drop. There is a huge misunderstanding created by a notification from Germany, saying they need 45.000 foreigners from several professions to go to Germany. Criminal elements have made us of this. The neighboring countries are facing the same situation”, Rama answered.
“This government is not governing. Hospitals have no medicaments or doctors”, Berisha replied.
“It is true that people have difficulties in making their ends meet. No one has denied this. But it is not because of this government. Albania is going towards the right direction. The Albanian people are not sheep so that you can make the shepherd”, Rama declared.
The candidate for the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, was also attacked by the opposition.
“Have you ever seen a wedding with two rounds in a castle? Thanks to mum. He said that his wedding was paid by his mom”, Berisha declared.
Veliaj answered by saying “It’s good that the doctor (Berisha) left because I had no intention to talk about his family or his weddings. I know weddings are a problem. I don’t know how they make their marriages, but we don’t marry our cousins. This is something good”.
