Bank of Albania theft, 20 years in prison for Bitraj, 10 for Bruzia

Th Court of Tirana gave its verdict for the main suspects of the 713 million ALL theft at the Bank of Albania vault.
Ardian Bitraj was sentenced to 20 years in prison, while Mimoza Bruzia to 10 years in prison.
Both defendants admitted their responsibility and requested an accelerated trial in march. As result they will both have one third of the sentence reduced.
The Court of Tirana sentenced Petrit Ramohitaj to 21 months in prison, as responsible for the Vault at the Bank of Albania. Ramohitaj was accused of power abuse and will serve 14 months in prison, after admitting the responsibility.
