was voted as the third vice-leader of the Albanian Parliament with 73
votes in favor.
A few minutes later, Vangjel Dule resigned as Vice Speaker of the Parliament.
Dule explained that he resigned becausee the institution al posts have turned into things that can be used to exchange favors.
