One of the hottest topics discussed a few days ago in the analyze of the
judiciary, was the fact that the President is holding the position of
the Vice Chairman of the High Council of Justice temporary.

This means that the HCJ meetings will be dictated by the agenda of the President, such as the important one that was postponed today, that of the Lezhe Judge, Parashqevi Ademi. Since she was caught in the act, the HCJ must give an authorization within 72 hours from the arrest.

But since the Albanian President is on a work visit in Germany, the meeting could not be held and was postponed to this Saturday, depending on the time when the President will land. The HCJ members contacted by Top Channel said they were notified to be present at Saturday and wait for the President to come.

The Prosecution must hand over this authorization until Sunday afternoon, or Judge Ademi will be released. It remains to hope the President will not lose his plane within this deadline.
