The ruling majority is expected to request legal amends in the criminal
code. The Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri, asked specialized prison for
gang leaders so they don’t keep running gangs from prison. He requested
more mechanic unification of the punishment measures for each crime,
when the author is found guilty for several ones.
“Some convicts should be in a reinformced prison regime, in which they will be unable to contact with the world outside. They must have a harsher punishment. Some crimes are judged with the most serious crime taking in the least serious crime in one single sentence. There should be a mechanical sentence so that they get convicted for both crimes”, Tahiri declared.
The Interior Minister declared that the drug money of Lazarat were used to corrupt the State Police, the judiciary and even political decisions.
