New electronic system for forest preservation

Today was introduced the new electronic system for forest preservation, which will be monitored by cameras.
The Minister of Interior, Saimir Tahiri, said that illegal deforestation has been a concern of their government since day one.
He added that the government will increase the punishing measures for those who cut forests, not only with fines, but also with criminal charges.
The first ones to be inspected, according to Tahiri, are the public administration employees that close their eyes when their duty is to preserve forests.
