The Chairwoman of the Association of the Disabled People in Elbasan, I.H, 62. Has been arrested over embezzlement.
Police say she has used the funds of this category illegally for her profit.
The 62-year-old is accused of power abuse, and the case passed to the Elbasan Prosecution.
