The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, returned the law for tourism, saying it is against the Constitution.
The President opposes the law suggesting that the Special Tourism Fund should be used without undergoing the public procurement rules.
The President also opposes the law that takes properties in tourism development areas under ownership of the Ministry of Tourism within two months.
The President opposes also the law that passes the ownership of buildings to the government in tourism development areas, saying that if alls against the Constitution.
