The Prosecution of Tirana is investigating the permits given by the former Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha.
The Prosecution is verifying all permits given so far from June 2013 to July 2014.
The investigation was launched by the National Agency of Territory Planning. The Prosecution is looking into 129 cases.
The Prosecution says the investigations are about violation of legal requests for giving construction permits.
