By request of the Elbasan Prosecution, the Court has has arrested Altin
Cenolli, Director of the Elbasan Aqueduct and Canalization office,
accused of passive corruption and power abuse.
The investigation started after a material the Prosecution had sent to the police. During this time, it was discovered that Cenolli intervened to University professors for passive grades against a payment.
Police has arrested Gazmend Laloshi and Jani Mussli, involved in the university bribe. Police is also investigating a professor at the University.
