Police has revealed how diplomas were being sold from the University of
Elbasan, after they arrested the Director of the Aqueduct, Altin
Cenolli, 37. This person is accused of active corruption together with
his driver, Jani Muslli, and Gazmend Laloshi, administrator of “Sara
Event”.
Two professors, A.Gj and R.T, 36 and 38, will be investigated with the obligation to appear once a week to the Prosecution. While Professor Manjola Tavanxhiu, 31, was held under custody by order of the Prosecution.
The police say these persons were arrested over power abuse and active corruption charges. Altin Cenolli and Gazmend Laloshi have intervened with the professors to give enough credit to Jani Muslli, who was a student in this faculty and was paying 200 EUR for every test.
