Bilisht Military base prepares for refugees

After voices that Syrian refugees might start including Albania in their route, authorities in Korce are preparing shelters.
With the coming of winter, Albania may be used as a warmer route.
An abandoned military building will be used to shelter 500 persons.
The local authorities will work to improve the infrastructure and food for the refugees.
