Notaries against government for Reference Price on Rents

The National Chamber of Notary goes against the Council of Ministers
decision, which has decided floor prices for rents of business and
residential properties.

This request filed at the administrative court ahs sued the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Finances, and they request a suspension of Prime Ministerial Decision 469 Dated June 3rd 2015.

The decision sets the minimal value of the reference price for rents in buildings, so that they can evaluate the taxes. Notaries are against the points that charge them with the task to define in lease agreements the address of the building, the area and the monthly rent price, since for this, they say, there is no accurate rule.

They say that their work is damaged by this, and the 0.3% of rents is considered as a condition to not be lower than the sale value.

The third point notaries want to repeal is the obligation tasked to them to send the materials within 15 days to the local regional directories.
