Bamir Topi, leader of the New Democratic Spirit, said that a new
electoral law is needed, after reminding 2008, when it was changed after
clandestine negotiations.
“NDS wants to have a law that is discussed on a wide consensus, not based on occult negotiations between two or three individuals. I appeal parties to get organized for the public’s interest”, Topi said.
By underlining that the country is not going towards the right path, Topi said that decriminalization should have been already realized, but we are not late.
