OSHEE: “No lawsuit against us”

The Energy Distribution System (OSHEE) explained that no lawsuit has been filed against the company.

“The court has not notified OSHEE about any lawsuit from the Romanian company SC Aem. They have presented a request for lawsuit guarantee and not a lawsuit for the damage. OSHEE has respected the obligations with the company. The delays were created because the Romanian company didn’t have all technical documents”, OSHEE says.
