Seven families that were in danger by the landslide will stay evacuated until a further notice.

Experts have finalized the measurements and the Prefect of Tirana, Sadi Vorpsi, says interventions will be done after the technical project is over.
“The situation is under control and there is no room for panic. There is a construction company that has requested a permit and then has acted against the law”, Vorpsi said.
Mr.Vorpsi says that the authorities are trying to prevent a bad situation, and there will be studies in other areas of Tirana.
The administrator of the firm that made the digging, Bujar Hasa, former Prefect of Fier, is still wanted by the police.
No action has been taken so far for the technical verifications for the permits given by the former Farka commune.
