Prosecutors write to Llalla: “Measures against institutions that delay investigation”

The Prosecutors of Tirana and other cities signed a letter addressed to
the Prosecutor General, in which they ask him to react against
institutions that delay investigations and then accuse justice.
“We need you to react against the Judiciary Police, Police Inspectors, Tax and Customs”, the letter says.
Prosecutors claim that the Judiciary Police officers delay their investigations, while the anti-corruption structures don’t bring new cases of corruption of high-level leaders.
“Corruption is not present only in the justice system”, the Prosecutors’ letter continues.
Llalla promised in his reaction that he will address these problems in the respective structures.
