The State Police has published the measure plan undertaken for the visit
of the US State Secretary in Tirana this Sunday, John Kerry.
The General Director for Security, Altin Qato, said there will be a full control of the territory for preventing Any criminal activity. This plan includes the Secret Service and other law-enforcing agencies.
Qato said there will be patrols from air, and when roads will be blocked the vehicles will be accompanied by the police to the closest center.
The Police say the blocked roads will start from the Kashar overpass, the Kamza Overpass, the “Dritan Hoxha” road and the Rruga e Durresit street.
Vehicles will not eb allowed to be parked from the Shqiponja square to the Elbasan road.
