Spitalla tender fails due to incomplete application

The tender for the free economic area of Spitalla has officially failed.
The Ministry of Economy communicated the official decision to the two participating companies, saying that their applications were missing documents.
One Italian and one Chinese companies ran in the tender this October. The Italian offer was disqualified immediately, while the Chinese group had offered to invest 1.5 billion USD and create 90.000 jobs.
But the Bid Commisison disqualified the second offer too and declared the bid as failed.
