President did not decree Prosecutor who arrested Fullani

The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, did not decree Ramadan Troci at
the Prosecution of Serious Crimes. Troci is the Prosecutor that ordered
the arrest of the former Bank of Albania Governor, Ardian Fullani, and
the former Vlore Mayor, Shpetim Gjika.
The Prosecution’s Council reviewed 23 requests of Prosecutions who want to be transferred, eight of whom were selected.
The President has chosen four for the Prosecution of Serious Crimes: Klodian Braho, Pranvera Pustina, Arenc Cela and Sonila Muhameti, and others to the Prosecutions of Tirana, Shkoder, Lushnje and Vlore.
The announcement comes in a time when the President has not decreed the two new Ministers yet, Arben Ahmetaj and Milva Ekonomi.
